Iyengar Yoga Class Descriptions

Level I is for students new to Iyengar yoga as well as continuing students. We will focus on the fundamentals of alignment. Students will develop a good understanding of the basics with an emphasis on standing asanas.

Level II is for students already comfortable with the basics. We will explore a wider range of asanas including inversions and beginning back arches.

Gentle is for students who would like a less demanding class. Students will increase physical awareness and range of motion. We will explore the relaxing pleasure of pranayama, breath practice.
